ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Caspian Hydrogen Development Group LLC (CHDG) is a first private national company operating in Azerbaijan in the hydrogen production and renewable energy sector including the development of onshore and offshore wind farms.
The company’s strategy is to build up the capacity including:
- Onshore capacity taking into account close proximity to the Sangachal Terminal, Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP) and Port of Baku-Free Economic Zone with extra energy demand (the latter alone is thought to warrant a dedicated power plant)
- Energy supply for the upcoming hydrogen production project; in particular, the 37,8 MW wind farm could be used for that purpose down the road (after payback completed)
- Smaller scale wind and solar plants in the liberated western territories in order to support the local communities and resettlement of refugees
